Refund Policy

1. MyKiwiStore is committed to supplying top quality products to the market.  MyKiwiStore will enable a     complete refund given the following conditions are met.
2.  Goods are to be returned via your designated Distributor in which you maybe offered a refund, credit or   replacement product.   If you do not have a designated Distributor and have purchased directly from   MyKiwiStore, you may claim a refund, credit or substitute product directly from MyKiwiStore.  
3. All goods must be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase
4. All goods must be returned in their original packaging and the goods and packaging must be in as sold   (brand new) condition
5.  The Distributor or MyKiwiStore will reimburse or replace damaged or faulty product 
6. Shipping charges for returned purchases (excluding damaged or faulty products) will NOT be refunded,   and returned goods will be at purchaser's risk until received by the Distributor or MyKiwiStore
7. If you have changed your mind you can return at purchaser's expense product which is required to be   in "as sold" condition within 14 days of the date of purchase
8. All approved refunds, credits or replacements may take up to 14 days to process
