MyKiwiStore has Distributors appointed around New Zealand who distribute into their designated areas. Each distributor has their own territory in which they can sell product from the MyKiwiStore product catalogue. Each Distributor runs their business as they see fit, delivering the product within their areas, instructing the customer how to use the product, and receiving payment from their customers.

You pay the designated Distributor in your area. The distributor in your area runs their own business and so is responsible for receiving payments from sales in their designated areas.

The Supplier, MyKiwiStore can send products directly to you via courier as can be seen in the list of products displayed on this website. Alternatively MyKiwiStore may designate a Distributor in an adjoining area who may be able to supply you.

You will need to discuss the issue with the designated Distributor in your area. If there is no satisfaction MyKiwiStore may become involved to rectify the situation. Normally MyKiwiStore will converse with the Distributor about the problem to try to sort the problem out. Refunds will need to go through the Distributor who will be reimbursed from MyKiwiStore

MyKiwiStore may send the product direct to you upon conversing with the Distributor about the situation in order to speed up the delivery time. Alternatively the product(s) may be sent to the distributor to forward onto you.

Each Distributor should hold enough stock to meet sales expectations for approximately the month in which they are operating. The central idea around having a network of Distributors is to give excellent service but also minimise freight costs as each Distributor will buy in bulk for their sales requirements thereby minimising freight charges to the final customer.
